Hi, Hold * (Star/asterisk) when turning the phone on for download mode 😊

also hold 5 when turning on to format the phone, it's reccomended that you back up all your data and format before and after upgrading your firmware 😊

I don't know about setting an mp3 directly as a wav to be honest, I haven't tried, but if you could convert it to a .wav file it will work fine, as I have a custom .wav as my ringtone. (I just put the wav on the phone and changed the tone in the profiles menu, it simply appeared in the list 😊 )

I'm not sure if you can compltely disable the Now! screen, but to be honest, I think it's great and don't think you should. However you can create a new "pane" with a wallpaper on it and no text, to display a picture, then you can just press the left or right arrow to get to/from the Now! screen and your picture background. That's the set up that I use.

MP3s can't be used as ringtones, you need to convert them to WAV files.

Now! can't be disabled, but as JohnC86 says, you can make a blank pane.

okay, thanks, but i have got another problem, i can not update my phone because, when it is in download modus i can not install the driver, my doens't find any new hardware, but is does make a sound, like plug and play, you know, the beeps, only here they are different, i think it's an error :s

i also bought an SD-card fory my phone (512MB) but it is not recognised, any idea's about that?

Right, One step at a time..

The driver: When your phone is in download mode it needs new drivers, please go to the official sendo website (www.sendo.com) click support and downloads and read the instructions thoroughly All the information you need for the driver problem is on that site in plain text, you just need to read it.

The card: You more than likely need to format it or something, sorry I can't help any further i'm not that experienced with them, but I think they need to be FAT filesystem. (not Fat32)
