Dual SIM Card Holders

I would like to get one of the above items to facilitate my travel and was wondering if anyone had any experience of these - especially with a 9500?

The ones advertised seem to work by allowing you to cut down most of the SIM aard and putting two sets of "contacts" into a replica holder that fits into the SIM card slot.

How easy is it to damage the SIM card so it does not function?

Will this type of holder work on a 9500?

Is there a way of changing cards without having to switch on and off?

All comments appreciated.

Dave

well the ghost adaptor works well on 9500, you can find it typing "gost dual sim" on google.
However, *cohug cohug* if your simcards have not comp128v2 alorithms to hide the KI *cohug cohug*, you can try to put many sim cards on one using the *cohug cohug*, right *cohug cohug* software...

Thanks for comments and advising that a dual sim does work on a 9500. Looking at how a ghost fits in, how much stress does it place on the battery cover - assuming that the two SIMs are placed over the battery?

I have seen a reference that you can change SIMs via a keycode on the Nokias - any experience?

TIA

I've had a dual SIM card in my 9500 for a few months now, got it from these guys:

The Hyper Card holds two cut-down SIM cards and occupies the same space/slot as the standard SIM card. As such it puts no extra pressure on the battery cover. At first I had the Hyper Card II with the SIM-EDIT function, but it was too unstable and didn't work for me. Also, one of my SIM cards stopped working after I'd cut it down to size (15 to replace - ouch!) The guys at 2-phones-in-1 were helpful and exchanged the Hyper Card II for the Hyper Card, which still allows the SIMs to be switched over via the phone menu. They also cut my new SIM card for me; everything is stable and works faultlessly now.

I Hope this helps.

Do you guys have to confirm each time you change SIM cards? Cause I set to auto-switch but since it keeps asking me to confirm the switch, it's not very pratical.
Any thoughts? 😊
