I have a question for advanced users of 6600 .. Can i download with my phone browser any *.sis or *.jar .. or any compatible programs/games ? what is the method of installing programs to the phone , just data cable ? .. please answer

Yes, you can download .sis or .jar files with your phone's browser.

Methods to install programs:
- Download with browser
- Send to phone via infrared (and open resulting message from Inbox to install)
- Send to phone via Bluetooth (and open from Inbox)
- Use PC Suite (over Bluetooth or infrared) and its "Application Installer"
- Use PC Suite to copy installation file to phone or memory card and then install
- Use PC based USB memory card reader, put installation file on card & then card back to phone
- Send as email attachment to email address/account which you have configured the phone to access

Not an expert as this as usually send stuff via Bluetooth.

But, sandworm if you want a meaningful answer can I suggest you give some more info, like Browser you using, link you are trying to download, size of download (if known), and MMC card size (and free space on card).

Is there any reason you couldn't send via IR/Bluetooth or another method?
