I cant get it to work with the usb cable 😞

You can stop trying now. There is no chance whatsoever to get m-Router working with the 6630. It needs software on the phone side too, and Nokia has dropped all Intuwave m-Router stuff from all phones (all Symbian phones after the 6600 use SyncML over OBEX for PC connectivity).

So, with the 6630 use whatever is the latest PC Suite version from http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite
