Hi everyone...
I want upgrade the firmware of my sendox but when i do this...
" if your sendox is on please switch it off."
"Hold down the asterisk * and switch your phone on."
When i do this the phone never go to download mode, starts normal until ask the pin code...
I don�t understand.
Help me please.

press and hold the * key, then while still holding this jey, tap hold the power button and count to five. release the power button WHILE STILL HOLDING the * key until the phone enters the update mode.
also, please ensure that you are actually holding the * key and not the # key.

I tried many times and just finish in the same thing... 😡
If help the SPN is: 8Y0H-14171-0x000
i do everything in the phone/PC, the connection, by usb,bluetooth,infrared...
put new sw,themes, music...
I don�t no whats i do rong...

this is a small trick I found useful, since I couldn't do it the normal way:
Turn Off your phone
press the * key
Still pressing the * plug In your phone to the power line, wait and...
Instead of showing the battery charger meter it starts in download mode.
