I can offer you an untried and bizzar idea which just MIGHT help, or then again it might not.
PROCEED AT YOUR OWN PERIL, THE FOLLOWING IS UNTRIED AND MAY OR MY NOT ACHIVE WHATS DESIRED, YOU TAKE THE RISK, YOUR RESPOSABLILTY 😉
First install Fexplore to the MMC if you havent already, ensure ALL your personal files are backed up ok, please this is a must!!!!!
Oh NOTE!!!! Do not have MMC password protected while doing this!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know if this will work, but my idea is to delete the system folder in the C drive or as much of it as you can, as everything is stored in the Z drive and moved into C as required on startup, any faulty files will thus have been deleted by you and replaced on the restart later.
Now comes what maybe the bit which resets the phone, turn it off, take out the MMC card and turn the phone on, as you deleted as much as you could, maybe everything the phone will loadup from Z and make any settings it needs. Additional programs are available from nokia for download if you loose them like the config wizard.
If the MMC is not now required delete using a PC all files no longer required, this will remove anything else which may have been installed. If the phone is working ok on the restart, turn it off, fit MMC card and switch on. You should have a fairely well reset phone without the code, if only someone knew it 😞 If you put the MMC in the phone with system files on it the phone will attempt to adapt to the system folder on there, so not sure how you could erase this if you dont have a pc with card reader.
Anyway, its a bizzar idea, may not work, but if your desperate try it, i would if it came to being that bad, otherwise if anyone else has some idea's throw them in to 😉
Duke.
