file corrupted(6600)

It means that a file has gone bad (corrupted). At least with the information you provided, it doesn't indicate which file it might be, though. Nor why or how it has become corrupt.

So, when, exactly, do you get that message? What did you do? Restart the phone? Start/launch an app? Which app? Do something particular in the app? What?

i downloaded a sis file and tryed to install it,it askes where do i save it i select mmc and then it says file corrupted

In that case it is most likely that the .sis file you downloaded is the bad/corrupt file.
