Tone of call MP3??

If I understand you correctly, you want to use an MP3 as your ring tone?

This is not possible on the Sendo X, and never will be possible.

You can convert the MP3 to wav, then you can use it

Sorry for being rude and reply in spanish, but my fellow Sendo X user is from the mother land Spain, well here is the tranlation in order to make it helpful for everybody

There is a Ogg Vorbis player for the Sendo X called Quodrings, which is like OggPlayer but it has the extra to use the ogg files as ringtones, the only issue is that it takes a second before you hear the ogg file, and the vibrating alarm is off, the program is in beta, so is possible it will not work fine, but because of that, the software is free.
