N6600, power turn off by itself

hi friends! i am having a problem with my n6600. no one can solve my problem until today. after switch on this n6600 to the wallpaper, it will slowly become white screen and turn off power by itself.

sometime it will turn off and reboot by itself. but when during phone conversation never turn off power no matter how long the conversation is. and never turn off as well when no sim card insert. i have check the battery, no problem. i have done full format (press the 3 buttons & on button) so many times even upgrade firmware to 5.33, still the same. the only thing now is maybe hardware problem. does any one can advise me on this?

So far you are the first person I know who is experiencing the same problem as me. I have the same symptoms. I am in the process of uninstalling all my programs and about to start a hard format. I'll let you know if it works, otherwise I'm sending it to a Nokia Care Center.

I have the same problem. I've deleted evrything and still the same. I think it that's
hapening becouse of Bluetooth. Every time I turn Bluetooth "ON" my phone restart by itself.
But what next...

Here, I think my phone works now. Back up everything phonebook, photos... format your phone and that will do. Hard format worked for me.

hi,

i just purchase a new nokia 6600 mobile phone and when i opened it, it worked perfectly only for one hour and then its screen started showing vertical lines. when i pressed a key, it showed nothing but a blank white screen and each key press produced a sound of "tick" but nothing on screen. i wanted to turn it off by pressing the POWER button, but it did not work. then i had to manually pull out the battery from the back and then put it again inside and when started it, it worked fine until for another hour, and then the same problem.

why is it so?
