There is nothing to worry about.
The handset is suppose to be new, but if you have any doubt, just insert this code:
*#7370#
It will hard format the n-gage, as if it were really brand new!
And you might want to make sure you grab a copy of Snakes from www.n-gage.com
i already have another phone that i use a 256mb MMC card with, can i just use that on the qd or do i have to format the mmc too?
