Changing band from 850/1900 to 900/1800 for Nokia N-gage QD

Hi,

I have bought a Nokia N-Gage QD on eBay, and it turns out it doesn�t work hehe because I got a american model (850/1900) and I needed an europian model (900/1800). Is there any way I can change these setting without taking it to Nokia repair centers?
Maybe a firmware update? How can I do this?

No, there is nothing you can do. A Nokia repair center can't do it either, without changing the hardware. Might be best if you resold the North American model on eBay to a North American person. Then you can buy a new, European model, instead.
