we had problem with bluetooth stability on Nokia 6670, therefore get made firmware upgrade. After the upgrade some of the settings (wallet, order of icons, syncml, custom apps..etc) were not restored from backup. The backup was made both Nokia PC suite and the firmware upgrade software, but none of them managed to restore properly. It causes a big ovehead for support team as we are planning to upgrade 100 pieces of phones.
We are now looking for any solution to backup/restore settings comprehensively.
Also the idea has come up what would be if just bluetooth was UPGRADED (instead of deleting everything) somehow, such as replacing the bluetooth driver in the phone. Is there anybody knows any solution for this?
