Recently bought a P900 off ebay - works fine - but i cant work out how to transfer MP3 files etc.
Have installed the PC suite software - but cant find file manager on program files :frown:

If i right click on explore i can see that the Connectivity pack is there - but how do i access it to add my mp3's ???

any ideas ?

had the same problem with my p910.i called sony and they told me to disable all firewalls and antivirus that i had.didnt work!i had my icon on the screen but every time i clicked it i could not find my phone!i even formatted my pc.nothing.so after calling them for about the 25th time one of them suggested that i download the latest pc suite from their site (which i did) and then shut of the phone, remove the battery and turning it on again! well it worked!

Hi

Had a similair porblem.

This is how I sorted it out. The problem was the Firewall ( Norton ) which I was using. I had to remove Norton and then reinstall. Then reconnect the Pxxx and wait. The firewall then warned of a attempted connection of the Pxxx. I told the Firewall to accept this and it created a rule to allow this in the future.

Since doing this I have had no problems.

PS sometimes all your need to do is to reset your PC and then put the Pxxx into the cradle and all is well.

I hope this helps
