I had nokia 6230 and i got backup of m phone with nokia pc suite 6.3 now i wanna restore contacts from that backup to new 6670 but its not working and not recognising file, Is there any solution to this problem
Problem Restoring Backup to 6670
A backup from one phone model cannot be restored to another (as the backup files simply contains the data files from the phone "as-is", and they may not be compatible with nother phone).
Have you synchronized your 6230 with MS Outlook or Lotus Notes using PC Suite? If so, you could then resynchronize with the 6670 to get the contacts that way. If you no longer have the 6230, then I don't know of a way (except getting/borrowing a 6230 you can restore the 6230 backup to, then synchronize, ...).
