has anyone found a problem when boot up ... nothing seems to appear
this a brand new 7650 ... may be its a factory faulty

Have you fully charge your battery?
It's not a factory fault. Could be yoru battery not fully charge.
Try again later or Turn it OFF and ON again. If it's not workin, go back to the store where you bought it
The phone must have some defects. Get the new one.
