e mail setup on 7710

Hi guys. I am a 7710 virgin. I cant for the life of me get my email working. I have a hotmail address and cos im so stupid and dont understand these thing I need someone to give me a step by step guide to set this up. I am in th UK and use O2.

Hotmail you can only access with the browser from the 7710, unless Hotmail has started to support Internet standard email access (POP3 or IMAP4 for receiving and SMTP for sending).
