Can anyone assist men with my Motorola A920. I bought it off Ebay and have been using it for abbout 2 days i dont know why but i proceeded to lock it by pressing the rtn key & the game button as directed in the manual. But it asks for a password to unlock it. I have contacted the person I brought it from and he has never set a password. 123456, 1234, 0000, 000000 all dont work. I have taken out the battery and inserted a new sim card and nothing takes the lock off. I desparately need to retrieve text and email msgs from my phone, can anyone assist???if this is not the right thing to ask please tell me ,but if you know of a way how to do it please e mail me i tried typing "1"this does not work either i am now at my wits end

ok looks like no-one on this site knows how to do this so i am going to have to flash phone DOES anyone with a bit of knowledge have up to date firmware link

ok guys went ahead and flashed it works fine now thanks to aussie tank took about 6 mins
