cant open images

i have a problem with my QD! when I try to open images by the default imaging software it says "system error!", or when I receive bluetooth messages with images i try to open it gives me "messaging error!" That's not normal! Help plz!!! Very much appreciated

Save/copy/back-up/sychronize your data & reformat (*#7370# etc.) the phone.
