Synchronizing Nokia 7710 with Outlook

You are not providing too detailed information, so I can only guess from dozens of reasons what might be your problem. One possibility is (particularly if you have phone that did not came directly from sales package) that the sync profile in your phone has been deleted (by you or previous owner)
-> Run factory settings to restore the profile.

YOU can also try to create new sync settings from PC Suite/PC Sync to evoke first time sync between the phone and PC.

As said, there are multiple reasons that could be the root cause, please provide more information if the above did not help

I can not use my camera not my video recorder in my 7710. I was using the mpreviously but now the camera says unable to save picture or sometimes it just blur the image if it is able to save the image....... i have enough space in my both memories.
also when i tried to take a backup i got error that can not create backup. can not retrieve backup information from mobile....
Please help........ URGENT !!!!
