internet via gprs on my laptop

I've tried to use numours bits of vage info i can find to set up a connection to use gprs form my n-gage to access the internet ON MY LAPTOP. So far i havn't got it to work. The furthest i got was setting up a connection dialing *99# gprs starts on my phone but i cant access internet on my laptop.

To do this I...

installed bluetooth software>installed nokia modem options>created a new connection on my laptop(input ISP payandgo.o2.co.uk and dial number as *99#)>in nokia modem options gone into modem then slected my modem and gone into advanced and entered extra initial commands as AT +CGDCONT=1,"IP","payandgo.o2.co.uk">paired my phone with my laptop>opened the dial up connection and connected to phone>gprs starts on my phone>connection is complete but internet is not accessible on my laptop.
Ive also tried using *99***1# which connected the same as *99# but non of the others like *99***#2/3/4 will connect.

I had a go at the pdf file on the disc on how to set it up but its stupid, it just stops at like a dead end (doesn't get u anywhere)

Personally i think i need to change some settings somewhere because the connection is working but i just can't access the internet, im a bit of a noob so i wouldn't know where to begin changing these settings.

Original Nokia N-gage with O2 300 free texts pay and go sim card
Wap/GPRS accessible
Toshiba Equium A60 laptop Windows XP
Widcomm Bluetooth Dongle

A step by step guide wouldn't go a miss but that is doubtful and asking a lot. So if anyone knows what i need to do to get this connection working correctly your help will be much appreciated. Thanks alot.

I don't think you have done anything wrong here as it got connected. Tell me, which GPRS plan are you using? You should be have GPRS/Internet with full TCP/IP support. Confirm this with your network operator.

Funny. I know that you have GPRS. But pay attention to my post. It says GPRS/Internet with full TCP/IP support. This enables you to have unrestricted internet access. Contact your network operator.

pay attention to my post, i have wap/gprs, which is a diff thing to gprs internet.

So I need gprs/internet to do this then?

I know you have GPRS/WAP, that's why I told you about the solution. I don't need to see your second or third post for that.
Yes, activate GPRS/Internet. It should have unrestricted access. The normal GPRS has some restrictions which stop you from accessing web. Talk to the service provider about it and they will guide you.
