How to see "detail name" during call alert?

6 replies · 1,939 views · Started 13 November 2002

Hi,

In my address book I've for example person with two
details (two different mobile number). One is named
"mobile 1" and second is named "mobile 2".
If the person is calling, my phone shows
only the name of the person, but not used detail name.

Is it possible to switch it on somewhere or not?
Is only way to do this make two different "persons"
with names "person - mobile 1" and "person - mobile 2"?

Thanx for any idea

Petr

Yeah, thats right, but I would like to know from which one
is he calling before I take the call (during ringing).
I don't think there is another way except one I've wrote...

Interesting...

I think the work-around is rename the name? example if his name is XXX and his number is 1234567, edit the name and input XXX1234567 then if he has another number let's say 3456789 then edit the name as XXX3456789 but you will need to create a seperate contact info for each number he has. I mean if he has 3 numbers, you will have 3 XXX but with 3 different numbers

haven't try this but this is what I see as a work-around. Go figure 😊

yeah, that's only way i see.

This phone is best one 😊 , but replace alert message

ringing

with

John
bathroom phone

is what i want this phone can do.

LOL! from john to john bathroom phone

sure you can do that unless the numbers of characters will fit the screen 😊

still you need to have lots of entries for one contact with different numbers or bathrooms errr..
