hi does anyone know if you can put symbian 7 on a nokia n-gage qd?

any help would be great.

No Symbian OS upgrades/updates are (or will be) available for the N-Gage QD. There may be firmware updates, but the Symbian OS version in those will still remain at version 6.1 (and Series 60 at version 1.2).

so what would a firmware update, do for my phone? do you know why symbian 7 will not go on my n-gage qd?

After upgrade the firmware of my n-gage, when I opened the images, it will browse the mmc folder first. Before upgrade, it will browse the phone memory first. This is just an example. Looks like the how we use it. Something has change. Default image is N-Gage 03.jpg, not N-Gage 01.jpg.
