Hi,
I tried to synch my contacts and calendar to my new 9300 for the first time.
Installation of PC Suite works fine and it recognize the 9300.
If I synch my data with outlook everything is fine but 0 records are updated on my mobile phone.
I checked the settings and they seem to be OK and my Outlook profile is correctly set.
Any ideas?

what do you mean by "if I sync with Outlook everything is fine?" Do you mean that the PC Sync seems to read the Outlook data OK, or do you mean that PC Sync reads data form your 9300 and syncs that to Outlook ?
If you have a lot of data, your phone sync may timeout before it has read everything. Also if you have used data mover between say 9210 and 9300 you may have a HUGE calendar/contacts sync histor in your device and it timeouts due that.
What does the sync log say ?

What does the sync log say ?
It seems that the connection to outlook is fine. It (tries to) read the outlook entries and finishes the sync very quickly. No error log is written, actually it says everything completed successfully - just just no data was transferred to my mobile.
I didn't migrate data from another phone and I don't have lots of data.

'Invalid remote database'

That means your Sync profile in your phone is not correct and more specifically the database name is incorrect.
If you run factory settings for the device, if normally recovers the sync profile for PC Suite. If not, here's details:
I have 6681 and I don't remember exactly how it goes with 9300, but here is a reference, try similar (I assume you find the sync application and there "create profile or something":
Profile name PC Suite
Bearer?(or similar, my phone is in Finnish, so not sure about all the translations): Bluetooth (it is always BT with cable also)
Server address: PC Suite
User name: not needed
Pass word: not needed
Allow sync.requests: Yes
Approve sync requests: Yes
Contacts: Yes
Calendar: Yes
Notes: Yes
and you have propably there also email: Yes
