I have 181B in my documents
where could this be
i want to free some memory

181b!!, I wouldn't call that free memory!, have you looked in Notes?

They also could be system files on your C:

I don't think removing it would make much difference to your phone anyway.

What do you want to do with 181b?

I suppose they could be txt stylee doc's for programs (Help pages etc)

Not really sure, but is 181b worth worrying yourself over?
