When ever someone try's to call me my phone never rings and it always goes to the answerphone iv'e tried formatting and restoring default settings what going wrong. Is a firmware bug or my usim?
My firmware version is 2.04.15 04/03/05
Is it just my phone that does this.
Forgive me if you think that I'm patronising you, but the first thing you should check is the Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Call Divert -> Voice Calls -> All Voice Calls -> Check Status. If that comes back as Active, then select All Voice Calls -> Cancel.
Also, check that your phone isn't offline (though I guess you've already checked this) and ensure that the person who is phoning you isn't in a group for which your profile has not been set to alert (Profiles -> Your profile -> Options -> Persionalise -> Alert For).
Ive tried that lots of times and it says theyre cancelled but its still happening. I cant think of anything apart from the sim being faulty. But its only been happening since i set my voicemail up anyway.
Anything i could try to get it working?
