This is the third time in three weeks i have to send my phone to NOKIA service for repair . The one and second time was because i get a lot "error sistem messages" i had to pay first time(40 euros) , second not. I think now i could have repaired my phone with the *#7370# code . Now this third time i changed my operator logo with seleq as i had made other days , but when my phone had to restart it shows the message "PHONE START UP FAILED . CONTACT THE RETAILER" I though it was a joke but was real , was impossible to start up my phone so i had to carry it again to nokia service . Now they has told me i have to pay 50 euros just for a software updating to solve the problem and i�m thinking about get my phone back without repairing , that�s why i need some help : WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY PHONE??? THEY SAY IT�S ABOUT A BAD MANIPULATION?? 😮ops:

Send to nokia, you cant do anything about it yourself if you cant start it up.

i say if you can afford the cost, the best way to go about it is to send back the phone to NSC. if you try to work on it yourself, things might just get worse.

or maybe for 50 euro i think u can buy the flash device DCT-4 for ur nokia 7650
and if u have something wrong with ur 7650 u can flash the ROM again ?(Free)
so if u want to do this buy the flash device DCT-4 type not DCT-3

Well it's up to you if you want to risk trying yourself. But you should consider it was quite an investment getting a 7650 in the first place. try the NSC one more time.

well that's funny! i've sent my 7650 twice in a month to an official NOKIA Service Center here in Switzerland and i didn't even paid a single cent! when my phone was done they sent it to me at home! it just took a week! i had dust under the screen and it wasn't working well! by the second time i sent, it they gave me a new 7650 !! isn't it great??

well maybe because i wrote a very bad ( i mean really bad ) letter to nokia switzerland telling them that their service sucks and asking them if they know what customer first means!! after that they gave me a new phone!! hmmm....
but there's still something wrong cuz you shouldn't pay for a service nokia offers!!
O.K. I�ll send again my phone to Nokia customer service . I�ll never back to buy a phone by NET without warranty , that�s why i have to pay everytime . Thanks a lot .
