Dude,for upgrading the firmware,you'll have to go to a nokia care centre and they will upgrade the firmware for you...And it is not downloadable from any website on the net...
P.S: The latest firmware version is v4.50,though the v4.01 is good enough as well..

Yeah, it seems there's no other way to do it. Is kind of dissapointing 'cause in my country this phone is not comercially available so i'm kind of f... up. Nokia doesn't support this phone over here

my hp version is 3 somthing so i thing im gonna upgrade for v 4. is it for free to upgrade the firmware?

Yes,firmware upgrade is free if you have your cell under warranty...Otherwise,you might have to pay a nominal fee...Nways,i guess most probably your device is under warranty so they will upgrade your firmware for free..

is it the nokia S.center will check the phone is from nokia made or clon b4 they upgred the firmware? and how to check that the phone is made originaly from nokia not a clon?
