I have a problem connecting my 7710 to my pc using the DKU-2 with the latest driver (dated 12-9-2005), it was fine with the older pcsuite 6.0. I'm running windows server 2003 and windows xp pro ed on two seperate pcs, and have the same problem with both of them.
I even upgraded the firmware of the 7710 to 4.01 but it didn't help either.
Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

ways to solve ur problem:
1.instal the software again but this time when the computer shows "install new hardware icon"-open the icon n complete the installation.I know the icon appears again n again but u still gotta complete it.
2.if the probis not with the comp then u shud open ur fone n take out the batteries for 10 seconds(official way of rebooting 7710) and then try using it with pc suite
