When i turn on my phone,nothing bad happend.but when the display appear,theres nothing are displayed.just the wallpaper.the application are dissapear and shortcut icon are missing.Is there any way to format my phone.I tried to download SE update service,but it asked CDA number.i cannot find it on my phone because i cant open anything accept making a call.Please help me..:frown:

Try following sequence with flip closed:
JogDial UP *, jogDial DOWN, JogDial DOWN *, JogDial DOWN *.
That means: "Roll up, press "*", roll down, roll down etc.

Another thing to try:
After your phone is switched on, simply remove battery and SIM card, and let it be for a few minutes or so.
Yes, don't switch the phone off, unplug just like that.
