how to remove games from phone?

I just downloaded CardDeck and Triple Pop, but would like to remove them from my phone. When I try to I get an Unable to Delete message. There must be some way to get rid of them. can anyone help?

Go to tools-Manager and then find the game from the list and press C.If that doesnt help go to the system folder-Apps-and then the games name and delete that folder.
