I'm having a lot of trouble getting started with using the central repository feature of Symbian. I have read the docs included in the devkit, one called Central Repository How-To.doc and one called CentralRepositoryDesign.doc.
My problem involves installing or registering my unique repository with the central repository. In other words, CRepository::NewL() returns a "corrupt" dialog when I call it. This is different than before I followed the directions in the docs, when it returned "not found." This makes me think I've made some progress but am either doing the wrong thing or not completing the process.
Can anyone offer some help? I know this is a vague problem, but anyone who knows some basics on using the central repository must know the process for registering a new repository with the system. Thanks for any help,
