I am using Nokia 6670 which was bought last June. About few months ago, sometimes whenever i tried to press the answer key when someone calls in, the phone jams, i simply can't press any key as there is no action. The caller have to hang up the call and have to call back again in order for me for to answer the call.
My phone was still under warranty, so i went to nokia service centre to rectify my phone's problem. They told me that it is not the firmware problem as i had the latest frimware. They told me it was a phone's software problem and it has to be reformatted. After that about 2 months, my phone worked perfectly until about 2 weeks ago the problem re-occured.
I also came to realise that even my other friend's nokia 6670 phones also gives the same problem. Is this a glitch in the phone itself? Do I have to go again and reformat my phone? My phone's firmware is V 5.0509.0ch, 01-03-05, RH-67. Is this the latest firmware in Singapore. Because i reside in Singapore.
Note:
I also did not install any new software for my phone after the phone was re-formatted and also deleted all games and themes on my mmc card.
