Owners of N70 out there, I would greatly appreciate if you could give me some feedback if this happens to your phone.
Does your N70 periodically revert to the "Menu" screen even if you have exited to the "Active Standby" screen? I am in my Active Standby screen and all of a sudden the phone lights up and I am in the Menu screen instead. It is really irritating as I have to hit the Exit button to go back.
I haven't noticed such behaviour on my N70.
Mine does not do that as well.

What SW version are on your N70?
Try *#0000# and post the result.
I don't have that problem with my N70... There might be a "bug" with yours, maybe
there is something wrong with the Symbian-Meny button on yours..

This is not happening on my unlocked fw 2.0536.0.2 n70.

that's interesting. could it be you accidentally press the menu button? did you keypad lock yr phone?
