No. A BL-6C will no fix into a N70. I have tried it. You could not close the back cover.

Well maybe it does not fit in the other posters phone, but it does fit in mine. Its the same batterly i used in the 6680 and 6630. 6680 was a tight fit but i did it. However the n70 has room beneath the cover for a bigger batter and so it was no problem fitting it. I just put it in, snapped on the cover and hey presto. If you have a friend with the ngage, or the ngage qd (cant remember which one it came out of) but this is the battery that comes with that phone as it gives extended life.

The BL 6C battery works fine in my N70. It was a tight fit but looks fine once the cover is in place and lasts a fair bit longer too! :icon14:
