how to reformat fone

how do i get my fone to work again.it went off after i put a new theme in it.it displays only a white screen.pls help

press and hold the 5 key while pressoing the power ky until the phone reboots then press the left soft key that has the green check mark

generally, you press and hold the 5 key first - then press and hold the power key for a count of five or so. release the power key but still hold the 5 key until the phone reboots.
