Converting MP3 to Midi

Using the Nokia PC suite I want to create polyphonic ring tones for my 6680 but I have to convert my MP3's to MIDI first.Is there a special software for this and if so where can I get it from?

There is no way to convert MP3's to MIDI, really.

MIDI is like digital sheet music; instructions (notation) on how to play sounds/notes on virtual instruments.

A human with a good ear could probably pick up most instruments (but not all), and convert it to music notation, but no machine/software can today convert all actual instrumental/vocal music (song), speech, natural sounds, etc., which MP3s can represent, to MIDI (or any other kind of formal music notation system).

So what are my options? Is there a separate softare available from Nokia for this conversion?
