I could not get any messenger to work on my P910i help pls !!!

:frown: Hi everyone !

Please I need help !! I was not able to have any IM program to work on my P910i . I'am sure I have configured my GPRS connection correctly . but I don't know what the problem is . I would like to mention here that I tried to connect my PC to the phone and access the internet from the GPRS connection and it was working perfectly and all messengers are ok as well . Please advise !!!

You could always install the Opera browser if you haven't,
to check the validity of your GPRS configuration.

Hi Niels,

thanks for the reply ,but I could not understand what do you mean completely !! I have the opera browser already installed but does it matters ??

Hi Zaher,

I must have been absent minded or something. When I look at your original post, my reply is obviously pointless at best.

I have however had a bit trouble myself with Messenger programs.
Network issues may play a role, and you could also review your registration/account details to see if by any chance something is wrong. Typos in passwords etc.
