Hi,

i like to know my mmc card is faulty or is it my phone fault?

1)i have install a few symbian programs into my phone and i try to run them and its all ok working.

2)around 15 mins later or i have switch off my hp,i try to run the program by clicking on the icons and its not working anymore.i mean all programs icons are not working.

3)i try to check the mmc and see if its corrupted using the memory icon.normally if the mmc is corrupted, the phone will tell you and cant even see how many mb is left inside the mmc card.i check and not corrupted and i can see how many mb is left inside the card.

4)i use the card reader to read the mmc and find 1 very strange thing.all the files in the system folder of the mmc disappear and all folders inside the mmc are all zero byte.

5)i have format and try to re-install all the symbian program back but the same problems appear again.

I have already format my phone, format the mmc using card reader and format the mmc using the phone but the same problem still come back.i am using nokia 6630 and k*ngst*n dv rs-mmc.

The free 64mb given by nokia is working ok and my phone have no problem with it.
i like to confirm is the mmc faulty or is it my phone corrupted it?cause the problem lies in the system folder of the mmc.
