Please can anyone tell me where are the Short Messages and emails stored? Perhaps on System/Mail?
Can I copy the folder and paste it on my PC? Not for editing, only for security.

If all you want is to copy and paste, why not copy the contents of the message into the clipboard and paste on the Pc using that Copy Anywhere clipboard type tool that comes with PC Suite?
As for the storage, it's C\System\Mail if you haven't moved your mail storage or D\System\Mail if you have.

I want to copy the folder on my PC cos I go to upgrade the firmware and my PCSuite doesn�t work, and I need a security copy.
Does the folder you say (Mail) contain SM and emails?
I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I think it stores everything.
Someone with more experience could probably confirm whether or not this is the case?

Now I have my comm with me again.. 
But I have a problem. Before upgrading I copied the folder "Mail" to my PC to keep my SMS and my emails. But now when I copy the folder to my comm (on the correct ubication of the messaging storage), I can not see any SMS, any email. Why?
There�s a file called Index in the Mail folder. I�m not sure, but and I think that if I can replace that file with my old Index file, perhaps all works fine. But when I try to delete the Index file, I see a message "file in use", and I can not delete it.
BTW, I had stored my emails and SMS in customized folders.
Any idea?
