Release date of N91!
v1 with no Windows DRm support was scheduled for october 2005, but it appears they're going to wait for public launch in Q1 2006 with a Windows DRm solution, and possibly PlaysForSure, in the first public releases.
Well guys, there was a Mobile Expo 2005 in New Delhi from 21Oct-24Oct and Nokia showed N91 along with N90 and N70. I don't think it looks as good in real life as it looks on the websites. Sound output was great and they had a DJ playing over N91. Didnt felt heavy since I've used 6600 for 2 years now. Its screen sucks, it was really poor. Personally, I dont think that is 262k color screen. The steel cover at the back was already loose and the Nokia girl was herself embarrased when I enquired. The slider wasn't smooth like Samsung D500 and I felt it wud get loose pretty soon. I wanted this phone badly, but now I'm confused if I shud go for this blocky stuff. Nokia says it wud be available in Jan 2006.
The which u saw was a Proto (A Test Version )
The Coming up phone must not have that defects
Nokia try to improve them thats why its not here now.
