9500-pcsuite 6.6-blue tooth probelms

i use 9500- pc suite 6.6- windows xp sp2- widecomm blue tooth software-norton antivirus -internet security.

i tried to configure the phone through connection manager. the phone is not visible.

if i try through the phone the computer recoganises the phone and getting paired. but i can not use the pcsuite.

i was using the same pc suite in my old laptop and was no problem. any help.
