Thomas Boys draws the curtains and gets personal with the iTech Bluetooth Virtual Keyboard, with keys drawn by lasers. Don your dark glasses now and read the review.

Oh, while I think of it - sorry Stu, it's not X-friendly, no matter how I paired it or tried the drivers.

Bah!

Who needs it when you've got the fabulous Sendo folding keyboard!

Someone who a) hasn't spilt a load of stuff over their Sendo keyboard and b) someone that hasn't managed to knacker the folding mechanism on it.

Muppet!

Fold-up keyboards are so light and (from the review) far more easy to use than a laser one, and they're cheaper too.

However, this laser keyboard might just have a niche if someone could find a way of making the projector far smaller, maybe even built into a PDA or smartphone? It'd also have to be able to keep up with fast typers, as the kind of people who'd go to the trouble of buying a PDA or smartphone tend to be the kind of people who type quickly.

Bah who cares if you can't type as quick as a fold up keyboard. The point of this thing is a realisation of sci fi dreams. If they sold the loaders from aliens, would you criticise them for not being as fast as a robin reliant on a trip to the shops?
