How Can I Connect A925 To Pc?

Hi, I've recently got an A925 and cannot connect it to the pc via USB or IR port. Can you lend me a hand?

Find A1000 Desktop Suite (it's better than A925 and works without any problems), install it, connect cable and charger to phone, then choose "desktop suite" from application manager and hit connect.

The thing is everytime i plug the usb cable into a920 the phone shut down itself....

Any clues guys?

USB cable or cable with charger plugged in? I had similiar problems with non-original charger, on diffrent one it worked without problems 😉

USB cable acctualy and it is a non original usb cable...:frown:

Maybe that's the problem. You see the cable and phone drivers installed in device manager? Maybe it installs as virtual COM port which you have to choose in mrouter application.

You tried to connect via irda or bluetooth?

i did but it end up with the same problem...could it be the PC itself not the phone that caused the shut off?:frown:
