I have been using a 3650 for about 2 weeks and now the headset symbol stays on and I can only use the phone with the headset plugged in. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Hi there !! if turning "oFF" and turning it "ON" again does not solve ur question, then i quest the software bugs start entering in ur phone....
The think best way to solve your inqury is to reformat your phone but before you do that make sure that all of your important files like frend contact number had a back up....... here's the re-format key..... [SIZE="5"] *#7370#[/SIZE]

[FONT="Arial"]hello there, i had this funny problem long back in my 3650, there wasn't a need at all to go to the nokia centre, wat i did was, i just plugged the headset back to the phone and removed it again.. and voila... the headset symbol went away.. i laughed so much at this.. it was like my phone's playing a joke on me!!! hope this helps u!!
