Good day everyone, my name is samson and i am a user of 9210 communicator,but each time i want to install any software, my communicator displays"series80productiD has not been installed,install series80productiD and try again".please i will be very gratefull if my request is favourably granted because i have spent money,time and energy because of how to download this series80productid,but i couldn't.and that is the reason why i joined this forum.Please help me and send the software to my email box([email protected])so that i can download it directly.

Make sure you try to install software for the 9210 (Series 80 1.0) and not something intended for the 9300/9500 (Series 80 2.0).
