I recently upgraded my 7610 to a Nokia N70, it was going all well and good until i came to install one of my favorite programs picodrive S60. This program works fine on my 7610, as do all the other programs (tom tom mobile 5, various themes) These other program also work fine on my N70. The problem with picodrive is...... The graphics are all messed up. The games appear in a shade of green, on only a quarter of the screen. This is then mirrored on the other side of the screen, leaving the bottom half white. I have checked everthing possible, and i just wanted to know if this happens with any other N70/Picodrive users. Any solutions?

Yeh like that on mine too, apparently there is a version '0.17' that fixes it but I can't find a download for it 😞
GOT IT! Works a treat, Sound even works aswell! (on some games, its almost actual megadrive quality on Sonic 1)

Anyway, can you explain what Picodrive is and where I can get it if it's that good??

PicoDrive is a Sega Megadrive/Genesis Emulator for Symbian phones, Basically, you can play (some dont work) all the games you used to play as a kid on your phone! that means.. Sonic! Streets of Rage! Lemmings! Wrestlemania! Mortal Kombat! ALL THE CLASSICS! All in the same graphics and original sound! (again... if it works)
A few notes about the new picodrive releases.
PicoDrive 0.17 - This version fixes the N70 graphics problem, but has frame rate problems (Jerk'o'Vision) On the other hand, the sound (on games it does actually work on) is AMAZING!
PicoDrive 0.18 - This version fixes the N70 graphics problem, and the frame rate problem but the sound (on games it does actually work on) is'nt great.
So its either, frame rate quality or sound quality ( i went for frame rate and installed 0.18)
Due to a high volume of users asking me for picodrive, i have decided to take my email address off! But.... A DVD on Ebay is available with ALL verisons of picodrive and goboy (gameboy emulator) and over 2000 roms, Yes.... all the classics are there... Its only a couple of quid and it also has every single application in the N70 working applications thread in this forum (including sat nav apps). Just goto ebay, advanced search and look for user "swat47"
