6680. How to copy sys files from original meemory card?

Bought a 6680 recently, bought a 512mB card, put on FE Explorer etc

How to copy the system folder (apps etc) off the original 64MB card onto the 512MB card. I can't see the 64MB sys folder in any a Windows Browser (all files unhidden) for example. I've tried various ways but obviously no the right one.

Use an USB card reader on a PC and copy the files first off the memory card to the PC and then swap cards and copy them to the new card.

Thanks but files that i can see with FE Exloere are hidden on Windows explorer. Yes, I have set all files to be visible in tools

If you format your card in the phone you will get the directory structure with Images/Sounds/Video and System(Apps) set up on your new card.

They won't be visible on the new card til you do this.

Can't speak for FExplorer but Profi Explorer shows hidden files in grey font and the Show/Hide files is an option.
