n70 camera shutter sound madness

sup guys,
hopefuly you guys can help, just got my n70 today.. and im not being able to remove that camera click sound, tried putting warning tones off, activating silent profile, nothing works here, i know that some other guys managed to remove it by warning tones but i heared something about country rules or something like that, so is there a way to remove it ? if not, is there a good photographing software that i can use on my n70 that would give the same quality as the phone software ? thanks a lot in advance..
