my gf bought her 6630 in bangkok, thailand last august/ sept... anyway, now, she cant access her gallery. everytime we press to open it, it just goes back to the menu screen.
what can we do?
if we reformat will she loose her contacts?
no applications were installed yet except for an antivirus i installed yesterday.. negative for viruses.
also checked the RSMMC it was working fine. i tried it on my n6600, i was able to open the files.

Well all you can do is to try to restore and save some data from corrupted card and than format it as well..

Normally, in Symbian OS, apps that almost immediately close again do so because of low RAM, i.e. other programs are running in the background. Try deleting the anti-virus app and then restarting the phone. Is the problem still there?
