HELP! can't format or enter in update mode...

after my last problems i decide to format my x.

when i turn it on pressing 5 (for format) or * (for update) it show a complete red screen, then a white one and then it shutdown

i don't know any other method...how I can restore my phone???:frown: :frown: :frown:

the phone mount the lastest firmware from sendosmartphones (1.198.8.2 release 78)

put the battery off.. then put in again and charge the phone.. should work for then.. had same problem too..
